End User License
Agreement

1. Grant of License

River Rock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules.

2. Restrictions

The license granted above is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise distribute the Application to third parties
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the Application
• Use the Application to develop a competing product or service

3. Ownership

River Rock and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Application, including all updates, upgrades, patches, and modifications. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted a license to use the Application only as expressly stated herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by River Rock.

4. Virtual Items

Any virtual chips, credits, items, rewards, or other in-app content ("Virtual Items") within the Application are licensed to you, not sold. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, goods, or services, and are non-transferable. River Rock may modify, remove, or reset Virtual Items at any time at its sole discretion without obligation to compensate you.

5. Updates and Changes

River Rock may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Updates delivered through the App Store may automatically install on your device. Updates may change or remove features, adjust game mechanics, or alter Virtual Item balances. Continued use of the Application following any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated version and any revised terms.

6. Termination

This license is effective from the date you first use the Application and continues until terminated. This license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.

River Rock may also terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. All provisions of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. River Rock expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

River Rock's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Application shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Application, which is zero, as the Application is provided free of charge. In no event shall River Rock be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where River Rock operates. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
