1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using River Rock, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and River Rock. Your continued use of the application constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

River Rock is a social casino application providing virtual slot machines, card games, and table games for entertainment purposes only. No real money is ever wagered, won, or lost within the application.

All in-app currency — chips, coins, credits, or any other virtual tokens — has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, prizes, or services of any kind. River Rock does not constitute gambling in any legal sense, as no real-money stakes are involved.

3. Account Registration

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account with River Rock. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@riverrockapp.com.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use River Rock only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You expressly agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial means to interact with the app
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal advantage
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or members of our team
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Circumvent any security or access-control features
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair gameplay advantages

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

5. Virtual Currency

Any virtual chips, coins, credits, or other in-app currency ("Virtual Currency") within River Rock are provided for entertainment purposes only. Virtual Currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be redeemed for real money, prizes, or any goods or services
• Is non-transferable between accounts
• May be modified, reset, or removed at our discretion without compensation

Accumulation of Virtual Currency does not create any property rights or entitlements on your part.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within River Rock — including but not limited to games, graphics, animations, music, sound effects, text, the River Rock name, and the River Rock logo — is the intellectual property of River Rock and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the application as described in the EULA. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

River Rock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, River Rock and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately and any Virtual Currency associated with your account is forfeited.

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings within the app.
